The process of formation
The process of Canossian formation has a single aim – to gradually guide the Sister to the fullness of charity as described by the Charism. It means “to have the Crucified deeply planted in one’s heart” so as to take the form of the Lord. It is a life-long process and for the Canossian Sister. There are some clear stages in the initial formation followed by ongoing formation.
